As the CEO of HDA Financial Firm, HDA Insurance Firm, HCO Behavioral Health, and Elevate Management Solutions, I have an extensive 15+ year history involving the intricacies of money/business management, insurance relations, and inspiring healthy mindset shifts. I take pride in leveraging those dynamic traits to prove that anyone can excel within this landscape with the right support, tools, and splashes of motivation if given.

Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, I learned early on in life the true value of resilience, determination, and possessing a strong work ethic. That, along with my natural-born admiration for personal and professional advancement and love for numbers, became the catalyst for me to graduate with a BA in Finance from the Southeastern Louisiana University and begin my career maximizing success in the healthcare sector. During this time, I not only directed and coached a staff comprising over 100 team members ranging across home health, hospice, primary care, behavioral health, personal care services and dental care but have also elevated client sales and revenue by up to 2,000% and profit by up to 40%. In addition to boosting facility-wide performance, I have also gained a strong reputation for executing technical process improvements, advancing workplace cultures, and using the intrinsic worth of moral compass initiative through every dynamic stage.

However, as much as I loved positioning physicians and staff towards the mission of excellence, my entrepreneurial spirit and passion for coaching were nothing shy of loud. Because of that, I simultaneously began my journey towards business leadership – carefully intertwining my track record of organizational accelerations and passion for coaching to pragmatically help others raise the bar for their businesses, their teams, and of course, for themselves. And even though there were many failures and lessons learned, I was able to successfully transform my first small-startup firm into a multi-million-dollar revenue generating company in just three years, with the others soon following. Even more, I have also become a published author of the book entitled ‘Winning Living Your Best Life,’ an effort that was driven by the notion of guiding tomorrow’s leaders towards cultivating the high-performing futures and lives they deserve.
